DevOps Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our deployment infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture to deliver reliable applications. You'll work closely with development teams to streamline processes, enhance security, and ensure high availability of our systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance
• Automate repetitive tasks and deployments
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
• Research and recommend new technologies and practices to improve operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of serverless architecture
• Experience with GitOps practices
• Familiarity with database administration
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Knowledge of security tools and compliance requirements
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
