UX/UI Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team. In this role, you'll create intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications for a variety of clients and industries. You'll work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to transform complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs.

What You'll Do

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the organization
• Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
• Present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Contribute to the documentation of design decisions and guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with prototyping tools like Protopie, Principle, or Framer
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile design patterns
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an agile environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems creation and maintenance
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities
• Experience with animation and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of data visualization design
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics interpretation
• Background in service design or experience strategy
• Experience in multiple industries (finance, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Formal education in HCI, UX design, or related field
